I had the pleasure to meet the talented Emily (owner of the Sky Yoga Studio & More in Naperville) a while ago when I attended one of her yoga fertility classes.
I was so happy to hear that she is expecting, and wanted her maternity pictures done now to have them just in time for her baby shower. The baby is due in November so we have plenty of time to get together for some studio shots as well. I’m so looking forward to meet this baby as I will be capturing the first seconds of his/her life. Yes :) my first birth session!!! I’m super excited :) I can’t wait!!

I can’t believe that we already celebrated Sophia’s first birthday! I remember like it was yesterday when she came to see me for the first time. She was only 11 days new, and isn’t she just as cute as ever!

Meet sweet Kynlee. It took us a while to get her to sleep but it was all worth it. Her mom was a big help and full of energy even after her c-section (and not to forget that she has 2 more children to take care of). Kudos to her.

Meet a beautiful girl with a beautiful name, Esme. This session was dear to my heart as her parents are also my friends. Esme was such a good and sleepy baby for our session. I could tell that her big brother was super excited about having a little sister. I just wished that we didn’t run out of time so fast and had the opportunity to capture different poses as well…

I met sweet Brooklyn for her first birthday cake smash in my studio. She was full of energy at first, even without eating any cake! But no matter what we tried, she wouldn’t even touch, taste or do anything with her cute pink cupcake. Here are a few shots just before she got too tired and upset. Poor girl!

I love when I get a chance to meet my past little models again and see how much they’ve changed. The first time I met little Addison was when she was only 4 months old. You can see her last session here. Addison is such a sweet girl with a shining personality. I had a great time chasing her around! :)
