I had the pleasure to meet the talented Emily (owner of the Sky Yoga Studio & More in Naperville) a while ago when I attended one of her yoga fertility classes.

I was so happy to hear that she is expecting, and wanted her maternity pictures done now to have them just in time for her baby shower. The baby is due in November so we have plenty of time to get together for some studio shots as well. I’m so looking forward to meet this baby as I will be capturing the first seconds of his/her life. Yes :) my first birth session!!! I’m super excited :) I can’t wait!!

I love seeing couples who are expecting their first baby and how excited they are! Pregnant women are beautiful. And I love maternity shoots! They are so much fun :)

I met this very nice, and very cute couple for a maternity photo-shoot last week. The first time we got together, one of the recent storms came just a few minutes before our session. We took some shots in the studio and rescheduled for an outdoor shoot. Amanda & RJ made my job so easy. They were up for anything (that’s an extra bonus).

Thank you for coming over! I had so much fun :) I know that you are going to make great parents. I can’t wait to meet your little girl. I’m so excited!

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful mom-to-be for the second time. I’m so glad that we got together as we both had so many ideas :). This cute couple made my sessions so easy and fun. This week, I shot a maternity session for Kyle and her husband Eric who are expecting their first baby in couple of a months. We had so much fun. This gorgeous mom-to-be had plenty of energy and her sweet personality was shining through. I’m so excited for them, and feel privileged to have been their photographer as well for their first family portraits. I want to thank them very much for allowing me to capture these special moments.
