Her smile warms up my heart… but let me tell you that it took us quite a while to capture her happy face :)

The only thing that made her really happy that day was her book “All the ways I love you” from her daddy (he couldn’t be here with her because of his deployment in Afghanistan).

Watching her face light up like a Christmas tree every time we turned each page while listening to her daddy’s recorded voice was priceless!

I took his first portraits when he was only 11 days new [here].

Evan was the sweetest and happiest boy. He did an amazing job even though he was teething at the time of our session. You might notice his little tongue touching his gums and fingers in his mouth. I thought it was so cute!

It was so much fun to get together and capture this new milestone, and especially the love and connection he shares with his mom!

I had an amazing time and am looking forward to Evan’s first cake smash session :)

Every time we wanted to get together we had a rainy day. Finally we decided to do it whatever happens and guess what… just a minute before our session the sunny sky turned dark. We still went with our session despite all those bugs and mosquitoes attacking.
Addison did great; she was such a busy body :) I enjoyed our session!
